How to upload

If you are accessing the site via a desktop computer or laptop

1. Scan or take a photo
   
   • If you take a photo with your smart phone you will need to email the image to yourself
     
   • Make sure the required content is clear in the photo
   
   
2. Save the file on your computer - remember where you save it
   
   
3. Click the 'Upload' button and select your file
