Q1. What are the requirements to enter the Zafarelli "Chance to Win a $10k Italian Holiday every 48 hrs" Promotion?

Simply purchase 3 or more participating Zafarelli Products in one transaction (between 15/05/2019 and 9/07/2019) and go online to enter your details for your chance to win!

Q2. What are the qualifying purchases?

You must purchase 3 or more Zafarelli products in one transaction from a Store.

Q3. Where will the competition run?

The competition will run in all stores (including online) which are stocking participating products

Q4. Who can enter the promotion?

All Australian states and territories, including online stores. If you are under 18, you must get approval from your parent/guardian before you enter.

Q5. When will the competition start and end?

The competition starts at 12.01am (AEST) on 15/05/19 and runs to 11.59pm (AEST) on 09/07/19

Q6. How do I enter the promotion?

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period after making a Qualifying Purchase from a Store and collecting your itemised purchase receipt.

Visit zafarelli.com, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information.

Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).

Q7. How many times can I enter?

You can enter once per day provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase and per receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Q8. How many winners are there and how will they be chosen?

There will be up to 28 winners determined (and 28 draws conducted) in respect of this competition – 1 every two calendar days of the Competition Period (AEST). For a full list of draws please visit the promotional terms.

The first valid entry drawn randomly in each draw from the entries received to date during the Competition Period (excluding previously drawn winning entries) will be a winner. Non-winning entries will roll over into subsequent draws.

Q9. What can I win?

There are up to 28 prizes available.

Each winner will win the opportunity to participate in the Envelope Pick for the chance to win a trip for 2 to Florence, Italy with Free2Travel valued at up to $10,000 (depending on the winner's point of departure) or a $100 Flight Centre gift card, in accordance with the Envelope Pick sections below.

Q10. How will my receipt be validated?

You will be asked to supply a copy of your purchase receipt while completing the online claim form by scanning the receipt and uploading as an attachment onto the web page. In order for your entry to be validated, all submitted invoices must include: the store of purchase, product purchased (which must be a Qualifying Product) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry). A receipt can only be used to submit one entry, regardless of how many Qualifying Products are shown/purchased on that receipt.

Q11. How and when will the winners be informed?

Winners will be notified that they have been chosen to participate in the Envelope Pick:
• by phone; and
• in writing by email,
within two business days of being drawn and will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 26/07/19 for a period of 28 days.

Q12. How and when must winners confirm their participating in the Envelope Pick?
