CAN I CLAIM MY $5 CASH BACK ON ONLINE PURCHASES?

The $5 cash back offer is available to eligible in-store, online and click and collect purchases from Australian stores only. An Australian residential address must be displayed on the invoice or receipt to be eligible, and all eligible products must be purchased in one transaction.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CASH BACK CLAIM HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once you have completed the claims form with all the details requested, you will be presented with a 'Success’ page. Please check your internet connection and re-enter your details if you were not presented with this page. Please also check your junk/spam folder.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $5 CASH BACK.

Please allow up to 14 business days of the claim being processed and verified. Each cash back will be deposited into the bank or Paypal account you provided at the time of claim submission.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct details when filling out the cash back form. QV will not be responsible or liable for any cashback deposited into an incorrect bank or Paypal account due to incorrect details being provided.
